FIELD NOTES

Notes from the field Things we’re learning, sitting with, and can’t stop thinking about.

Connection doesn't happen by accident. It needs safety first – a nervous system settled enough to open, a shared experience the body remembers, and a space intentionally designed to hold what doesn't get said out loud.

At RUWT, we design for three things: genuine connection, deep decompression, and the kind of inspiration that comes from slowing down enough to notice. These are our reflections on how we do it.
